Ordering Instructions
Completing the Order Blank – Please fill in the Quantity, Model Number,
Description, Unit Price, and Total Price for each item. Make sure to indicate
color or size when necessary. Add all of your items totals together to get the
Order Subtotal. Remember that all of the items in this catalog are listed in
Canadian Funds.
Sales Tax – New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, and Newfoundland residents only
must add 14%HST. Residents of all other provinces must add 6% GST.
Shipping & Handling – Shipping charges will be added to your Invoice total
according to weight, size, and destination. If you wish to pre-pay with a check or
money order, please call for a shipping estimate.
Payment – All orders must be prepaid. We accept Visa, MasterCard, certified
check, money orders, and personal checks. Please be aware that personal checks
are subject to verification which may delay processing of your order. When
paying by credit card, please make sure that your telephone number is included on
the order blank for possible card verification by the issuing bank. Also, make sure
your signature is in the appropriate space.

Returning Merchandise – Important Before returning any item to us please
