Rest Symbol<br />

1. We have used standard S shape for rest symbol.<br />

2. In western notation system, there are different symbols for various rest<br />

time like semiquaver, quaver, etc. However, here we will use only one rest<br />

symbol and repeat the symbol for each laghu having rest position<br />

Now we will use the same symbols for Boljati and Laya as explained in <strong>Part</strong> I.<br />

These symbols are combined with Bol Symbols as follows.<br />
