packages cover cash purchases, prepaid, upgrades and contracts.
Instant cover: Insurance can be taken at point of sale or within 14 days of purchasing the handset or mobile device. You are insured as
soon as you have completed the application form.
Extensive cover: All standard covers are in place but a number of additional benefits are available at no extra cost. These include:
• Loss or theft, including public places
• Accidental damage and liquid damage
• Optional SIM-card cover
• Replacement of handset or mobile device if the damage is more than 50% of the insured value.
• Theft from unattended vehicles is covered if the handset or mobile device is locked away in a cubbyhole or boot and forcible and
violent entry can be proven.
In addition:
• You can insure up to two SIM-cards in your handset or mobile device.
• 24hr-Mobility value-added insurance products are available from more than 400 participating stores nationwide.
• We will deliver your new handset or mobile device to you at no extra cost if you are out of town when the loss occurred.

Act 70 of 2002 (“RICA”), you are obliged to provide proof of your full names, surname, ID number and residential address (via your identity document and an original utility bill) to a RICA officer in
order to have your SIM card activated on the MTN network. MTN is obliged by law not to activate your SIM card on the MTN network if you have not complied with the RICA registration requirements.
SIM and Connection fee is charged as a once-off fee, unless otherwise stated. Contract subscription billed one month in advance. Itemised Billing (R19.00 pm) is optional on all contracts shown. Line
Identity (CLI) (R8pm) is mandatory and is included in the monthly subscriptions shown. All data sessions are charged at a minimum of R0.02 (excluding VAT). Data speeds depend on the capability
of the data device used and the capability and capacity of the network in any given location and time. The stated data rates are only applicable in South Africa. F@stLink USB modems automatically
install when using Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows Vista or Mac OS X. Additional software may be required for other operating systems. F@stLink modems require a USB 2.0 port. Prices subject
to change and the price advised in-store will be the final applicable price. All reduced monthly subscriptions are valid for the 24-month contract. Thereafter the full monthly subscription applies.

peak times. AnyTime times are from 8pm to 6.59am weekdays and all day on weekends and public holidays.
