new <strong>MTN</strong> PayAsYouGo starter pack to the <strong>MTN</strong> network, or by successfully concluding a new 24-month <strong>MTN</strong> contract package, or by upgrading a current <strong>MTN</strong> contract package<br />
for a further 24 months. This competition is only open to new <strong>MTN</strong> subscribers or current customers upgrading, 18 years or older and resident in South Africa ("eligible entrants").<br />
Directors, members, partners, employees or agents of, or consultants to <strong>MTN</strong>, or their sponsorship agency, or spouses, life partners, parents, children, brothers, sisters, business<br />
partners or associates of such persons are not eligible to enter the competition and cannot win prizes. The prize consists of 600 double tickets to a 2010 FIFA World Cup(tm) group<br />
game in <strong>MTN</strong>'s discretion. The tickets are for stands seats and this prize does not include hospitality, transport to, or accommodation to, from or during the relevant game. Draws<br />
for the double tickets will take place after the end of the competition period at dates, times and places in <strong>MTN</strong>'s discretion. A winner will only be able to win one set of tickets in<br />
this competition. To be eligible to win a prize, entrants must comply with all competition Terms and Conditions. Winners will be contacted by <strong>MTN</strong> and may be announced in the<br />
