Arthritis Water Aerobics<br />

This water aerobics program is designed<br />

for people with arthritis <strong>and</strong> related joint<br />

conditions. This program uses gentle activities<br />

in warmer water, with guidance from a trained<br />

instructor. All arthritis classes are free to<br />

the client’s specific needs. Our nationally certified personal trainers are on h<strong>and</strong> to help<br />

you in your quest to become a healthier you!<br />

Note: A personal training request form <strong>and</strong> health history forms must be completed prior<br />

to signing up for a personal trainer. Submit completed forms to Samantha Hackbart,<br />

Assistant Williston Center Manager.<br />
