Lower School
The change from Early Years to Lower School can be a difficult and worrying time. There are new rules and routines, new classrooms
and books as well as lots of new faces and names to learn. The new pupils in Year Three have, however, coped fantastically well and
have taken all of the changes in their stride.
Alongside the tea parties that have been held this week where parents had the opportunity to discuss these changes we will be holding
an extra Year Three tea party on 30 th September giving further opportunity for the parents to talk to the teachers, Mrs McKay, Miss Russell,
Mr Molloy and Miss Webster.
The children completed some writing about coming to Lower School during the first week of the new academic year. Here are some excerpts
from their writing.
I enjoy playing with my
