ST. EMILION 1ER GCC B
(BORDEAUX, FRANKREICH)
GAB16/20, WS88: Elegant and refined. Floral and
fruity, with roses and blackberries. Medium-bodied,
with fine tannins and a fruity, chocolate aftertaste.
CH. PAVIE 2003 0,75L
ST. EMILION 1ER GCC B
(BORDEAUX, FRANKREICH)
WS96, RP98: The wine, which hits the palate with
a dramatic minerality, comes across like a hypothetical
blend of limestone liqueur intermixed with
black and red fruits. With massive depth, richness,
and body. -2050. F: IN; E: sehr gut. (61131)
CH. PAVIE 2005 6L
ST. EMILION 1ER GCC B
(BORDEAUX, FRANKREICH)
RP98: A black/purple color is accompanied by aromas
of charcoal, burning embers, crushed rocks,
sweet, pure, blueberries and blackberries,
chocolaty creme de cassis, and licorice. It possesses
massive concentration, phenomenal levels of
tannin, and good acidity, but it is even more
backward than either Pavie or Pavie Decesse.
-2048. F: IN; E: neuwertig. (586799)
ST. EMILION GRAND CRU CLASSÉ
(BORDEAUX, FRANKREICH)
RP89, WS93: Greatest wine ever made at this
estate. Lots of fruit, spice and tomato character.
Full-bodied and very velvety, with a long, flavorful
finish. Now or later, its hard to resist. -2025.
CH. PETRUS POMEROL 1945 0,7L
(BORDEAUX, FRANKREICH)
Aus unserem belgischen Adelskeller. Château Etikett.
Mis au bouteille Negocé(wahrscheinlich Sanders,
Belgien). Rote Kapsel. GAB20/20,
B(90)*****, RP98: While the 1947 Petrus is a big,
juicy, succulent, fruity wine, the 1945 remains a
backward, tannic colossus needing another 5-10
years of cellaring. The color reveals more purple
hues than the 1947, and the nose offers aromas of
black fruits, licorice, truffles, and smoked meat.
Massively-constituted, with formidably high tannin
and extract levels, this sleeping giant may evolve
into another perfect example of Petrus.
CH. PETRUS POMEROL 1948 0,7L
(BORDEAUX, FRANKREICH)
B(90)****, RP95: Shrewd consumers would be smart
to take a look at well-stored bottles of 1948s that
might appear in the marketplace. The nose of cedar,
leather, herbs, and cassis suggested to me that this
was a first-growth Pauillac. The color is still dense,
with only a moderate orange hue at the edge. The
wine is rich, more austere and lineal than usual, but
full-bodied, with considerable flavor, and a spicy,
moderately tannic finish. Sensationeller Zustand,
extrem dunkles Schmuckgranatrot. Château Etikett.
Mis au bouteille Negocé, höchstwahrscheinlich Sanders.
CH. PETRUS POMEROL 1949 0,7L
(BORDEAUX, FRANKREICH)
WS98, B(90)****, RP95-100: While variable, the
1949 has always been a huge, thick, chewy,
immense wine without the unctuosity and port-like
quality of the 1947 or 1950. The wine has begun
to display the huge, exotic, fleshiness of Petrus, as
well as marvelously pure, plum, black-cherry,
mocha, and coffee-flavored fruit. Château Etikett.
Mis au bouteille Negocé, höchstwahrscheinlich
Sanders. Rote Kapsel. Bei getesteter Flasche am
CH. PETRUS POMEROL 1950 0,7L
(BORDEAUX, FRANKREICH)
WS99, B(90)****, RP99: The wine is still a young,
mammothly-constituted Petrus that is less evolved
than more recent knock-out vintages such as 1961.
Massive and rich, with spectacular color saturation
and the sweet, unctuous texture Petrus obtains in
ripe years, this wine will last for another 20-30
years. Château Etikett. Mis au bouteille Negocé,
höchstwahrscheinlich Sanders. Rote Kapsel. Aus
unserem belgischen Adelskeller. F: BON-VTS; E:
