5. Deposits:
Displays or custom hardware orders require a deposit of 40% of the total amount of the hardware
only. Graphics do not require the 40% deposit.
6. Durability:
Durability of each project is based on the combination of media, ink, laminates, mounting
materials, final location of the graphic etc. Mathison’s will guarantee durability based on the
manufacturer’s specifications of materials used in the printing and production process. Mathison’s
cannot be responsible for damage caused to graphics due to mishandling or poor storage once the
graphic is out of our control.
Banners Stands: Banner stands are an attractive and cost effective alternative to large exhibits and
displays, but require careful handling. Mathison’s will repair or replace defective banners stand
hardware within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, the customer will be responsible for costs
associated with repairing or replacing any banner stand hardware. Mathison’s will ensure that all
Banner stand graphics are in excellent condition when leaving the building. Mathison’s cannot be
responsible for damage caused to graphics due to mishandling or poor storage.
7. Mathison’s Liability:
Please notify Mathison’s within 30 days of receipt of the final product of an errors in print
quality, color, or variations from the approved proof. After 30 days, charges associated with
any reprinting or redesign will be the sole responsibility of the customer. Mathison’s cannot be
responsible for damage caused to graphics due to mishandling or poor storage once the graphic is
out of our control.
