Introduction to martial arts/self<br />
defence - a fun filled session for<br />
beginners to learn the ancient sport<br />
of royalty - there was a time in history<br />
when only a privileged few learned the<br />
skills of martial arts. In our generation it<br />
is something that everyone should have<br />
a basic understanding of. Learn some<br />
cool moves and get a bit more self<br />
