The Sauna is a ‘dry’ heat<br />
experience operating at warm<br />
temperatures of between<br />
80° and 100° C with a relative<br />
humidity of 3-8%. The classic<br />
Finnish style sauna incorporates<br />
a series of benches surrounding<br />
a sauna oven and is a favourite<br />
with many <strong>spa</strong> goers. Our<br />
beautiful saunas are available<br />
in a variety of styles including<br />
contemporary, traditional and<br />
rustic finishes and can be built<br />
both indoors and outdoors<br />
using a variety of woods<br />
including spruce, hemlock,<br />
aspen and lime wood. Mood<br />
lighting, full glass viewing panels<br />
and dramatic central fires<br />
are all available to create a<br />
memorable sauna experience.<br />
The option of operating the<br />
room as a bio-sauna offering<br />
varying temperatures and<br />
humidity is also available<br />
upon request.<br />
