State of Oregon correspondence-course information
The new Oregon Mechanical Specialty Code
became effective October 1. It is a combination
of the 2000 International Mechanical
Code, the 2000 International Fuel Gas Code,
Conference of Building Officials printed the
code book as one document eliminating the
need to purchase the model code and a separate
Oregon amendment packet. The cover of
All other limited specialty plumbers are exempt
from continuing education requirements.
The requirements for continuing education
can be met by participating in approved
independently sponsored courses. Payment
of registration and tuition fees for independently
sponsored courses are the responsibility
of the licensee and must be made with
the sponsors of the classes.
If you have questions or need further information
about plumbing continuing education,
