MOTOTRBO TM APPLICATIONS CATALOGUE Fleet Management CMO - COMMUNICATIONS MANAGEMENT OPERATOR RADIO DISPATCHER, OUTDOOR GPS, TELEMETRY PRODUCT DESCRIPTION CMO is a multifunctional operating unit created and developed by Eurocom Telecommunication. CMO allows communications between heterogeneous networks. CMO provides different management services, such as Dispatcher Functions, Radio Localization, GPS navigation and call recording. The framework is based on Master - Client architecture, this architecture guarantees maximum expandability of number of Client and future integration of new technologies. The network environment is based on IP technology. It also works on WAN network or generic internet connection. The radio audio are converted into VOIP signal and sent from Server to Client and viceversa. This technology allows flexibility and remote control of the network. On request the Network Protocol is available to create Customized GUI (Graphical User Interface) or web interface. BENEFITS CMO is developed to serve public and private administrations for security and control purpose. The software is able to connect different types of users using different technologies (PMR, DMR, TETRA, GSM/GPRS, PABX and HF). For example, a police headquarter, through CMO is able to coordinate a complex scenario, operated by different authorities like fire-fighters, ambulance and police, using different radio device. SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS: SUPPORTED MODULES CMO consists of three components available as a package or separately: E-COM SERVER Software: � • allows the management of all supported radio communications through different technologies and media � • manages all the control room functionalities and • keeps record of all communications events. E-COM CLIENT Software: • management of the E-COM server • included with E-COM CLIENT are: E-GEA client (a “logbook” which helps to organize and schedule client activity) and E-VIEW client (a video Surveillance Software) • supports Google-Earth for visualization of GPS based positions. E-MAP CLIENT Software: • NAVTEQ cartography based software able to visualize the radio position. • supports text messaging via radio icons • it can be integrated into E-com Client.
