This report was prepared within the context of the “<strong>Black</strong> <strong>Sea</strong> <strong>Trade</strong> <strong>and</strong> <strong>Investment</strong> <strong>Promotion</strong><br />
Programme (BSTIP)”. This project aims at promoting regional economic integration among the<br />
Member States of the <strong>Black</strong> <strong>Sea</strong> Economic Cooperation Organization (BSEC), namely Albania,<br />
Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bulgaria, Georgia, Greece, Moldova, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Turkey <strong>and</strong><br />
Ukraine. It is executed by the United Nations Development Programme (<strong>UNDP</strong>) <strong>and</strong> financed by<br />
BSEC, Greece, Turkey <strong>and</strong> <strong>UNDP</strong>.<br />
