1948. <strong>Th</strong>e original power plant, plain 2" boiler meth.<br />

fired, with single cylinder oscillating engine. New<br />

steam plant installed in 1962, consisting of single<br />

flue cross tube boiler fired by paraffin blowlamp. <strong>Th</strong>e<br />

engine, twin cylinder oscillating, with cranks set at 90<br />

degrees, is self-starting. Bore is 1/2" 15/16 stroke. In<br />

addition to driving prop. <strong>Th</strong>ere are two feed pumps<br />

to boiler, with water tanks either side with a capacity<br />

of 1 pint each. Aft of engine is the bilge pump. <strong>Th</strong>e<br />

liner can cruise at 3 to 4 knots for 40 minutes on one<br />
