This unique villa, located on the beach, is built on 1100m². It has its own private pool, beach and garden. In addition to a small bedroom there
is a hall, a sitting and dining room as well as 5 excellent bedrooms with separate bathrooms. This outstanding villa also has a Jacuzzi, as well
as home office, fitness center, sauna, Turkish bath and a fully equipped kitchen. This villa also has a separate bedroom with a bathroom near
the entrance. For California villa guests, privileged Butler service is being provided free of charge.
Miami, Dubai and St. Tropez Villa (500m²)
These 3 wonderful designed villas, each 500m², are located on the beach and have theirs own private open pool. In addition to a small
bedroom there is a hall, a sitting and dining room as well as 4 excellent bedrooms with separate bathrooms. Each villa also has a home office
and a fully equipped kitchen. Villa guests have a privileged Butler service provided free of charge.

arriving guest.The main restaurant (1080 m²) with a capacity of 600 people, provides unique examples of the world kitchens at different
tastes in open buffet style. Baby corner and diet menu are served at the main restaurant. Dress code is required in all Restaurants.
5 extravagant styled A’la carte restaurants with different concepts provide an elegant ambiance, perfect service and delicious specialties. For
all A’la Carte restaurants pre-reservation is requested. Teppenyaki and D’or A la Carte Restaurants are extra charged with special menu
options, rest of the A la Carte Restaurants cover fee is charged 10,-€ per person. On the other hand 2 choices for breakfast with its special
presentations, Village Breakfast at Hürrem Restaurants A’la carte and Vıp A la Carte Breakfast in D’or Restaurant, both provided 10,-€ per
