FULL-TIME PROGRAMME<br />
18 months formal hours at CA and<br />
18 months experiential learning *<br />
LEARNERSHIP (3 YEARS)<br />
One day per week at CA and full time learnership at a<br />
salon is the prerequisite experiential learning *<br />
EVENING CLASSES (2 YEARS)<br />
After-hours classes, twice a week at CA and the<br />
experiential learning for 18 months *<br />
EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING<br />
* Compulsory experiential learning under supervision of<br />
a SA qualified hairdresser is a prerequisite. For CA to<br />
acknowledge the full programme, all formal and informal<br />
practical hours must be completed. Only then MAY you<br />
apply to do the trade test.
