ALL BERTHING FEES ARE INCLUSIVE OF BARRAGE LOCKING AND BAY USE CHARGES<br />
1 An Advance Payment discount of 2.5% is offered on contracts of 6 months or more (excluding winter contracts) if paid in full before the commencement of the contract term.<br />
2 All contracts will be raised in February 2013 and should be returned by 1st March 2013 at the latest.<br />
3 Berthing invoices will be issued in March 2013 and the full payment or the completed direct debit insrtruction should be received at the <strong>marina</strong> by 31st March 2013 at the latest.<br />
4 The above standard rate for 12 month contracts includes hardstanding charges for 4 weeks for the vessel to be utilised in the contracted berthing year i.e. between<br />
1st April 2013 and 31st March 2014. All contract durations are for continuous months only.<br />
5 This tariff should be read in conjunction with the Marina Terms and Conditions of Use amd the Berthing Licence.<br />

Electricity Tariff<br />
240v/16 amp electricity is available on the pontoons throughout the <strong>marina</strong>. The supply is via pre-payment cards which are available at the <strong>marina</strong> office.<br />
