Youth Performance Series<br />
Designed to enhance the K-12 curriculum,<br />
UMS Youth Performances cover the full spec<br />
trum of world-class dance, music, and theater.<br />

Teacher Workshop Series<br />
As part of UMS's ongoing effort to incorporate<br />
the arts into the classroom, local and national<br />
arts educators lead in-depth teacher workshops<br />
designed to increase educators' facility to teach<br />
through and about the arts. UMS is in partner<br />
ship with the <strong>Ann</strong> <strong>Arbor</strong> Public Schools as part<br />
of the Kennedy Center's Partners in Education<br />
Program. This year's Kennedy Center workshop<br />
series will feature a return engagement by noted<br />
workshop leader Sean Layne, who will lead two<br />
sessions:<br />
• Preparing for Collaboration: Theater Games<br />
and Activities that Promote Team-Building<br />
and Foster Creative and Critical Thinking<br />
• Moments in Time: Bringing Timelines to<br />
Life Through Drama<br />
