12/01855/FUL Enlargement of existing 2 nd floor window and creation of
window on 1 st floor on East elevation Aspect House, Roman
Way, Crusader Park, Warminster, Wilts
Councillor Fryer proposed acceptance of the plans, seconded Councillor Burden,
voting unanimous In Favour.
12/01745/LBC Refurbishment of existing building to provide 2 shops at
ground floor level and 5 flats to upper (first and second)
floors. 3 High Street, Warminster Wiltshire BA12 9AG
The Councillors welcomed the fact that the building was being refurbished at last
and would no longer be a danger to the public. Councillor Fraser proposed
acceptance of the plans, seconded Councillor Burden, voting unanimous In Favour.
257. Communications
The Members requested that a press release be issued about No. 3 High Street,
welcoming the fact that this would tidy up the High Street and make it more
attractive. They also wished a press release to be issued expressing their sympathy
and understanding of the points that had been raised regarding the development
east of The Dene, and explaining that it is not possible for the Committee to
comment at this time but that the representations have been noted.
