From Olivet, South Dakota, 2 miles west, 4 miles north and 2 miles
west. From Scotland, South Dakota, 10 miles north and 2 miles west.
From Parkston, South Dakota, 6 miles south and 12 miles east. From
Tripp, South Dakota, 7 miles east, 4 miles north and 4 miles east.

Accommodations: Freeman Country Inn Hwy 81, Freeman, SD, (605)
925-4888. Rainbow Motel, 205 N SD Hwy 37, Parkston, SD (605)
928-3021. Many other motels are available in Mitchell and Yankton,
SD.
Delivery: Free delivery on a single bull purchase of $2000 or more; up
to 250 miles. Delivery of heifers is at buyer’s cost.
Boarding: Bulls and heifers can be boarded free of charge up to April
16th. After April 16th, a $2.00 daily charge will be added and delivery
will be at the buyers expense.
Herd Health: All cattle will be accompanied with proper health papers.
All bulls have been semen tested and tested negative for BVD. All
heifers have been bangs vaccinated. Mogck utilizes a calf hood

Terms and Conditions: All cattle will sell according to the terms and
conditions of the American Angus Association.
Volume Discount: Mogck & Sons Angus retains a 1/3 revenue sharing
interest in all bulls selling.
Purchase: 1 bull = $0
2 bulls = $50 off gross purchase amount
3 bulls = $100 off gross purchase amount
4 bulls = $150 off gross purchase amount
* For each additional bull purchased, an additional $50 off the
gross purchase amount will be given.
No volume discount on heifers.
Guarantee: Mogck & Sons Angus guarantees all bulls selling for
$2,000 or more against breeding injury for the first breeding season.
Breeding season is defined as the 90-day period following
the first turnout of the bull(s). If a replacement bull is available, he
will be provided, or if buyer prefers, credit toward one bull will be
given in the following year’s sale, less salvage value of the injured
bull. Under no circumstance will Mogck & Sons Angus be liable for
more than the net purchase price of any bull. Please notify Mogck
& Sons Angus as soon as possible, should such an injury occur, to
make your claim and arrange your return of the injured bull. This
guarantee ends August 1st of the year purchased.
Should the bull die however, he will not be covered by this guarantee.
Mogck & Sons Angus recommends the purchase of livestock
mortality insurance to mitigate this type of loss.
Liability: Mogck & Sons Angus does not assume any liability in case
of an accident.
Announcements: Any announcements from the block on sale day will
take precedence over this catalog.
