PACKET PICKUP AND ON-SITE REGISTRATION<br />
This year, we’re setting up a central hub within the Hilton Anatole – the AMBITION <strong>Energy</strong> Center.<br />
This will be our primary location for Packet Pick-up, Registration , the <strong>Ambit</strong> Store, Business Building Booths<br />
and AMBITION information. The <strong>Energy</strong> Center will be the perfect place to grab a cup of coffee, network<br />
and shop.<br />
Wednesday, August 29 - Friday, August 31<br />

Saturday, September 1<br />
Packet Pickup: 7:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. (American Airlines Center, South Foyer Entrance)<br />
<strong>Ambit</strong> Store: 4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. (Hilton Anatole, Wedgewood Ballroom)<br />
Sunday, September 2<br />
<strong>Ambit</strong> Store: 7:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. (Hilton Anatole, Wedgewood Ballroom)<br />
To qualify for the attendee-only promotion(s), each attendee will be required to check in for the event and<br />
pick up his/her own packet and AMBITION 2012 Tote Bag at a Packet Pick-up and/or On-Site Registration<br />
location. Picking up another individual’s packet will not be allowed under any circumstances.<br />
A valid photo ID will be required at Packet Pick-up and/or On-Site Registration.<br />
The following are approved forms of ID:<br />
• Driver’s License<br />
• Passport<br />
• Work Visa<br />

Your C Number and $60 deposit is required (cash or credit card voucher).<br />
Deposit will be returned when headset is turned in.<br />
Deaf/Hard of Hearing<br />
ASL interpreters will be on-site for the Softball Kickoff Event,<br />
all <strong>Ambit</strong> U Breakout Sessions and General Session. Sections will<br />
be identified with seat back covers.<br />
Wheelchair/Motorized Scooter Rental<br />
Ready Rental Sales & Repair is offering AMBITION 2012 attendees a<br />
discounted rate for wheelchairs and/or motorized scooters.<br />
