Two auctions per week with one thousand lots for sale. Tuesday mornings:<br />
300 - 400 lots of linen, china, glass, collectables, bric-a-brac, bed & table linen<br />
etc. Wednesdays: 600 - 700 lots of antique and later furniture & effects, china,<br />
glass, pictures and collectables.<br />
Also consignments of retailers returned stock, House Clearance Stock,<br />
Property sales, Fine Art Sales, Specialist Rug and Carpet Sales and<br />
Bankruptcy Auctions. The commercial department holds sales both within the<br />
Algernon Road auction complex as well as "on-site" auctions anywhere in the<br />

Bulstrodes has developed good contacts locally: They are the Agents for the<br />
Official Receiver in Bankruptcy and regularly receive instructions from County<br />
Courts, Liquidators, Customs, Banks, Solicitors and other financial institutions.<br />
The house operates clearance sales for the Official Receiver and these are<br />
often held off the premises.<br />
Bulstrodes hold large weekly General Household Sales, monthly Quality<br />
Antiques & Collectables Sales and Specialist Sales. These sales offer an<br />
excellent opportunity to sell antique furniture, quality paintings, ceramics,<br />
silver and jewellery in a specialist sale.<br />
Weekly General and Household sales (every Wednesday) are split into two<br />
sessions - the morning sale covers kitchen appliances, new power and hand<br />
tools - often sold with manufacturer's guarantees, garden equipment and<br />
outdoor furniture. The afternoon auction session starts at 2 pm. and includes<br />
modern household furniture such as Dining suites, Pine wardrobes, leather<br />
and other lounge suites, beds and chests of drawers. Also for sale are:<br />
decorative china, dinner services, lamps, pictures and rugs.<br />
Monthly Antiques & Collectable Sales (on Thursdays): Over 200 lots of Silver,<br />
Jewellery and Collectables, this includes china such as Royal Doulton, Wade,<br />
Poole pottery, Noritake, Shelley etc. Antique silver, quality gold, diamond and<br />
silver jewellery, watches and other Collectables such as cameras, cigarette<br />
and post cards, die cast toys, are all included in these sales. The antique<br />
