full brother along with a string of successful females and bulls for Ryan Went’s
program, Business Woman 427 is a leading force in the business. She continues to
produce with extreme consistency and quality like her son by
Carnac the Magnificent that was selected as the Grand
Champion Steer of the 2007 Nebraska AGR, the 2008
Aksarben, the 2008 Sneak-A-Peek Preview, and Reserve
Champion at Sioux Falls and the Missouri AGR for Amanda
Schutz, NE. All in all, that steer won 11 times and was produced
from a crop that yielded three strong-selling steers that traded at
less than two months of age.
Last spring brought another round of success for 427 and Carnac
as seven calves sold for a $4,500 average and included P.D.
Miller’s Grand Champion Prospect Heifer of the 2010 National
Western and Champion Market Heifer of the 2009 Badger
Kickoff plus her brother that was recently selected as the Fourth
Overall Steer of the Missouri AGR.
