This directory is for the following counties: Beaufort, Berkeley, Charleston, Cherokee, Chester,
Chesterfield, Colleton, Greenville, Jasper, Lancaster, Lexington, Orangeburg, Richland,
Spartanburg, and York.
This directory is current as of September 1, 2012. Some network providers may have been
added or removed from our network after this directory was printed. We do not guarantee that
each provider is still accepting new members. To get the most up-to-date information about
America’s 1st Choice’s network providers in your area, you can visit
www.americas1stchoice.com or call our Member Service Department at 1-866-321-3947. Hours
of operation from October 1, 2012 to February 14, 2013 are from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. 7 days a week
and February 15, 2013 to September 30, 2013 from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday.
