Contents 

Rothley’s new range of sliding and folding door systems is ideal for 

both DIY and trade installers. Depending upon the system, doors 

up to 120kg in weight can be accommodated, making the Rothley 

range suitable for both domestic/residential use, and light 

commercial applications. 

The range features the latest in system design and utilises only the 

highest quality materials. For sliding doors, long lasting aluminium 

track is used throughout and most systems feature high quality 

rollers mounted on ball bearings for extra smooth and quiet 

operation. All systems are easy to install with time saving features 

such as pre-drilled tracks and new glass clamps that require no 

drilling or cutting of glass. 

Kits are supplied complete with components, fixings and 

installation guides in attractive clear plastic packs ideal for retail 

display. 

All Rothley sliding and folding door systems have been thoroughly 

tested to over 100,000 cycles in accordance with BS EN1527. Further

Choosing your system... 

Rothley sliding and folding door systems can be used for a variety of applications. Common uses 

include wardrobe doors, cupboard doors, interior doors and room dividers. Sliding doors offer a 

number of benefits, not least is the valuable use of space! A modern sliding or folding door frees 

up space that would be needed for a traditional hinged door.

ARES 2 is a versatile twin track sliding door system for use with two or 

three doors and is ideal for sliding wardrobe doors. The system features 

high quality bottom mounted rollers on ball bearings with top mounted 

guides, each running on high quality aluminium tracks.

ARES 3 is the most complete twin track sliding door system available for 

wardrobes. It can be used for two or three wardrobe doors and not only 

includes high quality door running gear, but also includes track with an 

integrated masking plate plus a full set of decorative aluminium door 

edging profiles in a choice of colours for the perfect finish.

The Herkules 60 sliding door system is for use with single doors up to 

60kg. It can be used for sliding doors between rooms, wall openings or 

for entrances. Each set includes all the main components needed to 

install a long lasting, smooth running sliding door.

Herkules options 

A wide range of options is available to complement 

the Herkules range of sliding door systems. 

Wall Brackets 

Use when fixing Herkules track to a wall. 

Wall brackets have been designed specifically for use with the 

Herkules track and simply slide into the grooves on the track and 

screw directly to the pre-drilled holes. Plates are available as an 

option (pack of 5) for Herkules 60 and 120 systems, and are included 

with Herkules Glass. 

� SD/WBKT Herkules Wall Brackets (Pack of 5) plus fixings 

Aluminium Pelmets 

For a highly decorative finish, a range of anodised aluminium pelmets 

are available in silver, light brown, or gold finishes. Use in conjunction 

with wall brackets to hide the running track and gear, or use front and 

back when track is fixed to a soffit or ceiling (spacers required). The 

pelmets simply ‘click’ over the track, so there is no need for any 

additional drilling or fixing.

Spacers 

Use when installing pelmets with soffit or ceiling mounted track.

Door Brushes 

Self adhesive door brushes can be used with Herkules and Ares 

systems. Small brush size can be used to provide an additional soft 

closing element when added to the end of a door, preventing doors 

from slamming against walls or each other, whilst the large brush size 

can be used to prevent dust entering wardrobes.

Symetric 

The Symetric kit is easy to fit and includes all the additional 

components needed to enable simultaneous opening and closing 

of two sliding doors. It can be used in conjunction with Herkules 60 

and 120 (note: maximum individual door weight is 60kg).

Herkules Glass is an innovative sliding door system for use with single 

glass doors of up to 100kg. It has a number of unique component features 

and no drilling or cutting of glass is necessary, making it extremely easy to 

install. 

� Small one-piece glass clamp has unique design and is extremely easy to 

fit and adjust 

� Clamp has settings for 8, 10 and 12mm door thickness and includes self 

adhesive spacers 

� No need to cut or drill the glass, saving time and making installation 

much easier
