Have you checked Aga Khan University, Hospital <strong>in</strong><br />
Pakistan? You might want to check that out. I th<strong>in</strong>k you<br />
missed that <strong>in</strong> your list.<br />
Dixie Regional is a gorgeous hospital campus — <strong>in</strong>side<br />
and out. <strong>The</strong> grounds are xeriscaped with beautiful<br />
desert plants and <strong>the</strong> <strong>in</strong>terior design and art provide a<br />
heal<strong>in</strong>g escape for patients and <strong>the</strong>ir families. <strong>The</strong><br />
hospital’s best features, though, are <strong>the</strong> compassionate<br />
people who work here. It’s a warm friendly place to<br />
receive care.<br />
<strong>The</strong> design credits for #15 Legacy Salmon Creek<br />
Hospital, Vancouver, Wash<strong>in</strong>gton and #18 Providence<br />
Alaska Medical Center, Anchorage are <strong>in</strong>correct.<br />
ZGF Architects, LLP designed both.<br />
On <strong>the</strong> Legacy Project, Walker Macy was <strong>the</strong> landscape<br />
architect consultant that worked with client and us.<br />
Doug Macy was not contacted for verification of <strong>the</strong><br />
design credits.<br />
Providence Alaska Project described <strong>in</strong> Text is<br />
designed by ZGF <strong>in</strong> association with Architects Alaska<br />
as was <strong>the</strong> previous hospital expansion. <strong>The</strong> listed firm<br />
is not <strong>in</strong>volved <strong>in</strong> <strong>the</strong> current or prior expansion project.<br />
It has been a privilege to work with <strong>the</strong>se two<br />
outstand<strong>in</strong>g clients and I wanted to set <strong>the</strong> record<br />
straight.<br />

quite difficult to f<strong>in</strong>d <strong>the</strong> designers for all of <strong>the</strong> hospitals<br />
listed, and to ensure <strong>the</strong> accuracy of <strong>the</strong> list<strong>in</strong>gs, so we<br />
have updated <strong>the</strong> article to remove <strong>the</strong> designers from<br />
<strong>the</strong> list.<br />
