Aim:
Collecting experience and knowledge of the tasks and the working methods of an engineer in the
industrial field and in all areas of Mechatronics and Precision Engineering
Content:
On the basis of a project, students learn different problem solving approaches in fundamental areas of
engineering. In teamwork the students are expected to find the solution to a specific problem within
the project.
The following engineering areas can be listed as examples:
� Product engineering
� Project planning
� Putting into operation
� Service
� Quality management
Workload:
The Internship Semester, including some private study, comprises an average workload of 720 hours.
Upon successful completion of the internship semester, students are awarded 24 credits.
