Students with an emphasis in two-dimensional pictorial
arts are advised to select from a combination of ART 140✧,
ART 141✧ and ART 142✧ for their Art electives. Students
with an emphasis on three-dimensional media should select
from ART 135✧ and ART 151✧ for their Art electives. Students
with an emphasis in Advertising Art should select their
electives from the Visual Communication curriculum.

Community Studies
Curriculum U224A07
The focus of Community Studies is designed to focus on
aspects of the community with an emphasis on leadership skills
and knowledge of community organizational processes. It will
enable the student who wishes to take a leadership role to incorporate
and develop skills necessary for participation in contemporary
organizations. Students who are planning on transferring
are advised to select courses that will transfer to the fouryear
school of their choice.
