Day 1 - Saturday : CASABLANCA
Welcome at Mohammed V airport by the ATLAS VOYAGES staff.
Delivery of your vouchers and your trip documents. Brief review of the
tour during your transfer to the hotel. Check in , dinner and accommodation.
Day 2 - Sunday : CASABLANCA / RABAT (95 km)
Visit of the economic capital of Morocco :the central market, the
Habous district, the Royal Palace, the Mohamed V square, the
residential area of Anfa and the outside of the mosque Hassan II.
Optional : Fish lunch at one of the seafront restaurants.
Continuation to Rabat , city tour : the Royal Palace, (Mechouar), the
Oudaya Kasbah, the Mohamed V mausoleum, the Hassan Tower.
Dinner and accommodation at the hotel.
Day 3 - Monday : RABAT / MEKNES / FEZ (220 km)
Departure to Meknes and visit of the Ismalian capital famous for its 40
km long walls, visit of the Bab Mansour, the Royal stables and the
Jewish quarter.
Optional : Lunch at typical Moroccan Restaurant
Continuation to the holy city of Moulay Idriss, and via the ruins of the
Roman city of Volubilis, continuation to Fez.
Dinner and accommodation at the hotel.
Day 4 - Tuesday : FEZ
The whole day is devoted to the city-sightseeing of Fez, the spiritual
capital of Morocco: the medieval Medina with its Attarine and Bou
Anania Medersas, the Nejjarine fountain, the Moulay Idriss mausoleum,
and the Karaouine mosque.
Optional : Moroccan lunch at a traditional restaurant in the Medina.
Afternoon, visit of Fez Jdid.
Dinner and accommodation at the hotel.
Day 5 - Wednesday : FEZ / BENI MELLAL / MARRAKESH
(485 km)
Departure to Marrakesh passing by the Berber village of Immouzer du
Kandar and Ifrane.
Optional : Lunch and a moment of relaxation in Beni Mellal one of the
agricultural centres of Morocco .
Arrival in Marrakesh in the late afternoon. Check in at the hotel, dinner
and overnight.

Day 6 - Thursday : MARRAKESH
Visit of historical Marrakesh : the Menara garden, the
Saadian tombs, the Bahia Palace, and the Koutoubia .
Lunch at the hotel. Afternoon, visit of the famous Djemaa El
Fna square with its surrounding souks and handicraft
quarters.
Optional : Dinner with fantasia show.
Accommodation at the hotel.

Day 7 - Friday : MARRAKESH

/ ZAGORA (375 km)
Departure by land rover to Ouarzazate via the mountains of
the high Atlas passing through the Tich’n’Tichka pass at an
altitude of 2260 m.
Optional Lunch in Ouarzazate and continuation to Zagora
via the mountains of the Anti-Atlas.
From Agdz, we head forward on the track road leading
through numerous villages and palm groves along the Drâa
river.
Dinner and accommodation at the hotel.
Day 12- Wednesday : ZAGORA / ERFOUD / MERZOUGA
(450 km)
Excursion to Tamegroute, visit of the famous library containing an
impressive collection of old Manuscripts and documents dating from
the 12th century.
Visit of the sand dunes of Tinfou. Departure to Erfoud, partly by track
road and partly by the national road, through Tansikht and Nkob.
On the way splendid sceneries of pre-saharian desert dotted here
and there with Berber villages, and of the Sargho mountain chain
follow each other the perpetually. Stop at Tazzarine, a small Berber
village, for(Optional) lunch.
Afternoon, continuation to Erfoud via the villages of Alnif and
Rissani, birthplace of the present Alaouites Dynasty. Dinner and
accommodation at the Auberge Tombouctou In Merzouga or under
noeur tents (bivouac), in case clients have chosen this option
beforehand when reserving the tour
Day 13 - Thursday : MERZOUGA / ERFOUD /
OUARZAZATE (400 km)
Early morning, a short walk to see the sunrise over the sand-dunes
of Merzouga,
Back to the Auberge for breakfast and continuation to the Tinghir
Oasis via Erfoud. Tinghir is famous for its magnificent Todra canyons
which rocks reach an altitude of 250 meters. Excursion to the
canyons and possibility for a short hike. (Optional) Lunch at a
restaurant situated at the foot of the canyons. Continuation to
Boulmane and EL Kelâa via the road of the thousand Kasbahs and
from there we take again the track road to the village of Skoura. On
the way, we pass the beautiful kasbah of Amerhidel. The track road
continues till Ouarzazate at the foot of the Atlas mountains. Dinner
and accommodation in Ouarzazate.

Short visit of Ouarzazate including the Kasbah of Taourirt
before heading on to Aït Benhaddhou.
This kasbah is the most famous one in Morocco and has
served as setting for many famous movies. The Kasbah is
now a UNESCO protected monument
Continuation to Telouet, the scenery is absolutely stunning.
Visit of the Kasbah of Telouet, former residence of the
Glaoui family, one of the most influential families of this
region. Via the Tich’N’tichka pass, continuation to
Marrakesh. Lunch at the hotel, free afternoon, Optional
dinner fantasia show. Accommodation at the hotel.
Day 15 - Saturday : MARRAKESH / DEPARTURE
Transfer to the airport of Marrakesh, assistance with
departure formalities.
