Switzerland may have only limited natural resources;
however it is home to one of the best educational systems
and is amongst the largest investors in education and
research worldwide. If you take a closer look at Switzerland’s
educational landscape you may discover famous universities
that compete at the top of global rankings. Excellent
examples are the ETH Zurich,
taking 23rd place when looking at
Continental Europe, or the Master
in Management programme of the
University of St. Gallen, ranked
first by the Financial Times.
However, it is not only our
Universities but also our Hospitality
Management schools which
enjoy an excellent reputation. The
Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne is
world-leading with its Hospitality
Management programme. Nor
