Is it feasible to improve the environment for YRH and other reproductive and related<br />

health services by examining existing policy and regulatory frameworks? Other important<br />

factors to consider in assessing the environment are the cultural and religious attitudes<br />

towards provision of YRH care.<br />

� Is there an intergovernmental working group or evidence of cooperation between<br />

ministries on national youth issues?<br />
