Tell us about your work
with Operation Smile: I’ve
been working with Operation
Smile since 1995, and have
done 10 trips so far with the
organization. We go to thirdworld
countries and repair cleft
lips and palates for children.
We also do Burn reconstruction
and Hand reconstruction on
children and adults. I have
worked in Russia, Romania,
India, Cambodia, Peru,
Guatemala, Nicaragua, West
Bank, and many smaller venues
with Operation Smile. On a
single trip, each surgeon will
generally repair at least 30 clefts
and other assorted cases. I have
dr. Jim yahr with operation smile
also been on 10 trips to Mexico with other doctors, spent three months
in a hospital that treated leprosy in Taiwan, have accompanied
numerous other outreach groups to countries such as India, Moldova,
and Peru.
Favorite Area at the Club: Golf course (of course) and Edge Adult Pool.
Best Experience at the Club: I loved the Round Up, the Country
& Western party.
Dream Getaway: I have yet to visit Cuba.
Dream Foursome: Arnold Palmer, Jack Nickalus, Angelina Jolie,
and me.
What golf course do you dream of playing?
Have you made it there yet? Augusta… and not yet!
What Driver is in your Bag: Taylor Made RLS (just got it).

Occupation/Hobbies: I am a Registered Nurse and work part time.
My hobbies are playing tennis, working out,
reading, and spending time with friends and
family at the Club.
Favorite Area at the Club: I enjoy hanging out
at Blue Fire’s outdoor patio. Jeff and I can relax and
have a glass of wine while the kids run around.
Best Experience at the Club: I have to say my
best experience at the club was when Jeff asked me
to marry him in front of the courtyard fountain.
Dream Getaway: Any getaway would be a dream!

Favorite Area at the
Club: My favorite area at
the club would be the locker
room, eating the cookies and
muffins! Seriously, I love
the gym and playing the
South Course.

Best Experience at the Club: I would have to say that the most
memorable experience was playing in the 2012 Kia Classic in front
of family and friends.
Dream Getaway: Definitely a week in Paris!
Dream Foursome: Jack Nicklaus, Phil Mickelson,
Annika Sorenstam, and myself.
What Golf Course do you dream of playing? Have you made
it there yet? I dream of playing St. Andrews. Lucky for me, the
Women’s British Open is there in 2013!
What Driver is in your golf bag? Bridgestone J40 445, 9.5
degrees, Project X shaft.
