The tcs® Manual Press Kit yields approximately 30 cases per day, but with additional furnaces it can yield up to 120 cases per day. tcs® Air Pressure Automatic Injector with Built-In Furnace Item #3526-01 (kit) Item #3525-01 (injector only) Ideal for most laboratories, this injector eliminates the physical force needed with manual presses, simply pull a button to inject, push the same button to release. This system is self purging, no more hammering out the cylinders. Off ers equal pressure with every injection for consistent, accurate results. It has a built-in furnace (hence, the stand alone furnace and some furnace accessories are not included with this system), eliminating the need to move the hot cylinder from the furnace to the injector. At time of purging, the plug is knocked out to make removal of case easier and to eliminate damage to the fl ask.
