B. It is recommended that the Board of <strong>School</strong> Directors accept the Treasurer’s Report.<br />

C. It is recommended that the Board of <strong>School</strong> Directors approve payment of bills for the<br />

months of June and July 2010, as listed in the financial packet.<br />

A. Finance and Facilities<br />

MOTION<br />

It is recommended that the Board of <strong>School</strong> Directors approve the following Finance<br />

and Facilities items:<br />

1. Approve donation from the <strong>Wyomissing</strong> <strong>Area</strong> Education Foundation in the amount<br />

of $1,659.20 in EITC funds toward the purchase a whiteboards for classroom use.<br />

2. Approve requests for exoneration for per capita tax in accordance with policy 605.<br />

3. Approve tuition agreement with Opportunities <strong>School</strong>, effective August 26, 2010<br />

to June 30, 2011 in the amount of $26,781.30 for one elementary student, ID<br />

203955.<br />

4. Approve agreement with Pathway <strong>School</strong> for Extended <strong>School</strong> Year Services,<br />

effective July 5, 2010 to August 13, 2010 in the amount of $6,500 for one<br />

secondary student, ID 20115.
