All entries are to be submitted to John Glover, CHAMAR Executive Officer, PO Box 154 East Melbourne 3002 by the close of business on Friday September 29, 2006. No handwritten entries will be accepted. Entrants will be advised of the result by Friday October 7. The winning author will be invited to deliver his Lecture to the Grand Chapter Convocation on October 18 and allow it to be published in the November edition of Freemasonry Victoria.
