As the oldest location and headquarters of the Sauer Group, our parent company
in Kiel-Friedrichsort has established itself as the heart of an international
operating company.
Around 130 employees work in the design, technology, assembly, quality
inspection, sales and service departments of this medium-sized, single owner
managed company.
The Kiel plant is of vital importance to the Sauer Group as a centre for ideas.
Qualified technicians and engineers work continuously on a programme for
improvement, new developments and custom-built models, so that our customers
can continue to rely on leading technology from Sauer for the future.
Special voltages and frequencies, water-cooled, earthquake-resistant, explosion-proof
or diesel-driven models, as well as weatherproof designs for
