as i researched, Embry-riddle
came up again and again

particularly for its safety
emphasis. Next to my solo
flight, navigation class was the
best-ever hands-on experience.
For our final, we flew in the
flight simulator from Page
airport, over the Grand canyon,
and back to Prescott. it was
challenging to work with
corridors and other geographic
features you don’t normally
encounter. i also loved the
accident investigation lab.
looking at reconstructed
accident sites, we analyzed
what happened based on the
way the plane broke up and
how the pieces landed.”
