MAPEI’s Technical Services team supports individual
customers by helping to plan work, troubleshooting
problems, reviewing product claims and testing materials
for quality. In addition to the staff at headquarters,
Technical Service Regional Consultants are located in the
field to assist customers in person. The team also supplies
customer training at seven MAPEI Technical Institute (MTI)
branches located in Deerfield Beach, Florida; Garland,
Texas; San Bernardino, California; Dalton, Georgia; Laval,
Quebec; Delta, British Columbia; and Brampton, Ontario.
