Introduction
Stationery plays a big part in New Zealanders’ everyday lives. From exercise books to music manuscripts, art books to
diaries and lecture pads, it’s the basis of our formal education, and we continue to plan and record our daily lives on it.
Croxley is a proud New Zealand manufacturer and distributor of quality stationery products. Our main manufacturing
site is situated on Rosebank Road in Avondale, Auckland and our state of the art distribution centre is located in Wiri,
Manukau, Auckland. We have sales offi ces in Auckland, Christchurch and Wellington.
Over the years Croxley has linked its strong manufacturing base with its representation of leading international stationery
brands to become the complete partner for our customers - the hundreds of stationers and bookstores all over New
Zealand.
We have also built additional business capability - the supply of computer products through our business unit Nutech IT
Supplies. Nutech IT Supplies is a leading distributor of printer consumables and imaging products, and is the country’s
largest recycler of inkjet and toner printer cartridges, refl ecting the growing consumer demand for environmental
responsibility.

A brief glance at a rich history
Our name comes from the small and prosperous English town, Croxley Green. For centuries Croxley
Green was an important source of hand-made paper, moving into mass production in a converted
corn mill in 1757.

Croxley’s iconic brands such as Olympic, Warwick and Collins are the stories of New Zealand
pioneering entrepreneurs and businesses: from the returned servicemen who used their gratuities
to set up the Olympic brand in 1948; to the Williamson brothers from Dunedin who co-founded
the stationery wholesaler Wiljef, surviving the depression of the 1930s to continue manufacturing
Warwick brand stationery; and Collins diaries with its heredity in 1819 Scotland, manufacturing the
fi rst diaries for the New Zealand market in 1881 from Sydney, and setting up in New Zealand in
1888.
The Croxley brand of paper and envelopes have their roots in John Dickinson & Co, which opened its
fi rst New Zealand branch in 1920 and eventually became the company Croxley Stationery.
Over the past several decades these New Zealand household brands have had various associations,
gone through mergers, and have been bought and sold. They now all reside under the umbrella of
Croxley Stationery.

Croxley works on the objective of Delivery In Full On Time
Accurately (DIFOTA) and recently invested in a multi million
dollar distribution centre and logistics system, which allows
us to deliver more effi ciently. We hold in excess of $20million
of inventory, which allows delivery in full to our customers. Our
online ordering system supports this and provides an effi cient
and effective way to manage inventories.
Our promise is next-day delivery anywhere in New Zealand.
