The grape pest Phylloxera vastatrix was introduced from America into Europe in the 19th century, and caused much damage.
This Monograph, by one of the Champagne Delamotte family? (although the first part is signed ''Delamotte, Vétérinaire de
l'Artillerie d'Alger'', and the last part is signed ''Delamotte, Vétérinaire en premier du 11e Dragons à Tarascon''), was
published during at least 6 years. I could not trace it in my bibliographies or the internet, apparently it is quite rare.
