the physical appearance changes caused by cancers and their treatments. Our staff are certifi ed fi tters of mastectomy<br />
bras, prostheses and lymphedema garments and have many solutions <strong>for</strong> hair loss.<br />
Refl ections ® is located in Suite 163 on the ground fl oor of the 200 <strong>UCLA</strong> Medical Plaza. It is open to the public Monday–<br />
Thursday from 10am-5pm, Fridays from 10am-3pm. Please call to verify our hours.<br />
Refl ections ® is a not-<strong>for</strong>-profi t organization committed to providing an array of af<strong>for</strong>dable services and products. Proceeds<br />
from the sale of goods support Refl ections’ daily operations and those of the <strong>Simms</strong>/<strong>Mann</strong> - <strong>UCLA</strong> <strong>Center</strong> <strong>for</strong><br />
<strong>Integrative</strong> Oncology.<br />
Many insurance companies provide partial to complete reimbursement <strong>for</strong> breast prostheses and some lymphedema garments.<br />
Refl ections ® is a preferred provider of breast prostheses and bras <strong>for</strong> Kaiser-Permanente, Blue Cross, Blue Shield,<br />
the University of Cali<strong>for</strong>nia Medical Group and others. We also are a Medicare provider. We can assist you in obtaining<br />
authorization <strong>for</strong> covered services.<br />
