12 PRACTICAL INFORMATION Official language English will be the spoken language for all the sessions and the official language for the literature as well. No translation will be provided. Personal badge A name badge will be provided for each participant, which will authorize access to sessions and associate events. It must be worn throughout the Conference period. Conference proceedings A copy of the conference proceedings is included in the registration fee. The full Conference Proceedings (2 CD Roms) will also be on sale at 150.00 € after the Conference. Orders to be sent to the Conference Secretariat c/o AIM, rue Saint-Gilles 31, B-4000 Liège – m.delville@cired2011.org Media check centre This is the place where the contributors can check that the presentation they have sent (before the conference) was correctly received and uploaded. Pre-session meetings The day before each main session and RIF a pre-session meeting with the session Chairman and Rapporteurs will be held. All contributors to these sessions will be requested to attend. Further information about the timings and rooms will be available in due time on www.cired 2011.org. Wifi Wifi will be provided for free throughout the Conference period.
TECHNICAL PROGRAMME Tutorials A series of tutorials will be held in the Frankfurt Messe on Monday, 6 June 2011 from 09.30 hrs to 15.00 hrs, prior to the start of the opening forum. Places are strictly limited and should be booked in advance. (see ad-hoc heading on the registration form). Registration at the whole conference is not required. English will be the language of the tutorials.
