<strong>SOP</strong> <strong>for</strong> <strong>Hotel</strong> <strong>Club</strong> and <strong>Restaurant</strong><br />
3.2 Issue to Licensed Point of Sale<br />
For the Large <strong>Hotel</strong>, <strong>Club</strong> and <strong>Restaurant</strong> (HCR), HCR will scan the issued cases or bottles through<br />
HHT. HHT will create and generate XML file as shown below in sample XML <strong>for</strong>mat <strong>for</strong> all issued<br />
cases or bottles to bars or restaurant or licensed point of sales at the end of the day.<br />
<strong>Hotel</strong>, <strong>Club</strong> and <strong>Restaurant</strong> (HCR) will upload generated XML of issued liquor details from store to<br />
ESCIMS through desktop/HHT.<br />
For small and medium type of HCR, HCR can enter barcode details of cases and bottles manually<br />
while issuing stocks from store to bars or restaurants (licensed point of sale).<br />
3.1.3 Business Validation<br />
1. GTIN and Unique Serial number will be validated.<br />
2. HCR/licensed point of sale id will be validated.<br />
