Memorandum of Transfer<br />
I <strong>Henry</strong> Martin of Suburban North Farmer being registered as the proprietor of an<br />
estate in fee simple subject however, to such encumbrances, liens, and interests as<br />
are notified by memorandum under written or indorsed hereon, in that price of land<br />
situated in the District of Suburban North containing two acres one rood and twenty<br />
eight perches be the same a little more or less being part of Section 20 (Original<br />
Section VII) and being part of the Section comprised and described in Certificate of<br />
Title Vol. 1 & Fo. 333 and more particularly described in the plan produced herewith<br />
in consideration of the sum of One Hundred pounds paid to me by <strong>Charles</strong> Page of<br />
Suburban North Farmer the receipt of which sum I hereby acknowledge, do hereby<br />
transfer to the said <strong>Charles</strong> Page all my state and interest in the said piece of land.<br />
In witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name this Seventeenth day of<br />
June 1904<br />
