included in, or accompanied by, a complete and unaltered<br />
copy of the Prospectus. applications under the offer must<br />
be made by completing a paper copy of an application form<br />
attached to this Prospectus.<br />
by making an application, you declare that you were<br />
given access to the entire Prospectus, together with<br />
an application form. the company will not accept a<br />
completed application form if it has reason to believe<br />
that an application form lodged by an applicant was not<br />
accompanied by, or attached to, the Prospectus or if it<br />
has reason to believe that the application form has been<br />

www.gres.com.au. the offer is available to persons<br />
receiving an electronic version of this Prospectus in<br />
australia. the corporations act prohibits any person from<br />
passing onto another person the application form unless it<br />
is attached to or accompanied by a complete and unaltered<br />
version of this Prospectus. during the offer Period, any<br />
person may obtain a hard copy of this Prospectus by<br />
contacting the company by e-mail at gres@gres.com.au.<br />
EXPOSURE PERIOD<br />
in accordance with chapter 6d of the corporations act<br />
this Prospectus is subject to an Exposure Period of 7 days<br />
from the date of lodgement with the aSic. this period<br />
may be extended by the aSic for a further period of up to<br />
7 days. the purpose of the Exposure Period is to enable<br />
this Prospectus to be examined by market participants<br />
prior to the raising of funds. if this Prospectus is found to<br />
be deficient, applications received during the Exposure<br />
Period will be dealt with in accordance with section 724 of<br />
the corporations act. applications received prior to the<br />
expiration of the Exposure Period will not be processed until<br />
after the expiry of the Exposure Period. no preference will<br />
be conferred on applications received during the Exposure<br />
Period and all applications received during the Exposure<br />
Period will be treated as if they were simultaneously<br />
received on the opening date.<br />
PRIVACY<br />
if you apply for Shares, you will be required to provide<br />
personal information to the company and the Share<br />
Registry. the company, the broker to the offer and the<br />
Share Registry will collect, hold and use your personal<br />
information in order to assess your application, and if your<br />
application is successful, in order to service your needs as<br />
an investor, provide facilities and services that you request<br />
and carry out appropriate administration in accordance<br />
with company and tax law. all personal information will be<br />
collected in accordance with the national Privacy Principles<br />
as set out in the Privacy Act 1988 (cth). if you do not provide<br />
the information requested, your application may not be able<br />
to be accepted or processed.<br />
once you become a Shareholder, the corporations act<br />
and the australian taxation legislation require information<br />
about you (including your name, address and the number<br />
of Shares that you hold) to be included in the company’s<br />
public register. this information must continue to be<br />
included in the company’s public register even if you cease<br />
to be a Shareholder. the company and the Share Registry<br />
may disclose your personal information to their agents and<br />
service providers for purposes related to your investment,<br />
including those listed below, or as otherwise authorised<br />
under the Privacy act. these agents and service providers<br />
may include, but are not limited to:<br />
• the Share Registry, for ongoing administration of the<br />
share register;<br />
• the printers and the mail house, for the purposes of<br />
preparation and distribution of statements and for<br />
handling of mail;<br />
• market research companies for the purpose of analysing<br />
the Shareholder base and for product development and<br />
planning; and<br />
• legal and accounting firms, auditors, contractors,<br />
consultants and other advisers for the purpose of<br />
administering and advising on the Shares and for<br />
associated actions.<br />
the company’s agents and service providers may be located<br />
outside australia where your personal information may not<br />
receive the same level of protection as that afforded under<br />
