Concealing with intent to facilitate a design to wage war<br />
123. Whoever by any act, or by illegal omission, conceals or<br />
attempts to conceal the existence of a design to wage war against<br />
the Yang di-Pertuan Agong or any of the Rulers or the Yang di-<br />
Pertua Negeri, intending by such concealment or attempted<br />
concealment to facilitate, or knowing it to be likely that such<br />
concealment or attempted concealment will facilitate, the waging<br />
of such war, shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which<br />
may extend to ten years, and shall also be liable to fine.<br />
Assaulting Member of Parliament, etc., with intent to compel<br />
or restrain the exercise of any lawful power<br />
124. Whoever, with the intention of inducing or compelling or<br />
attempting to induce or compel a member of Parliament or of any<br />
Legislative Assembly or of any State Executive Council to exercise<br />
or refrain from exercising in any manner the lawful powers of such<br />
member, assaults or wrongfully restrains, or attempts wrongfully<br />
to restrain, or overawes by means of criminal force, or the show<br />
of criminal force, or attempts so to overawe, such member shall<br />
be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to<br />
seven years, and shall also be liable to fine.<br />

Waging war against any power in alliance with the Yang<br />
di-Pertuan Agong<br />
125. Whoever whether in conjunction with the enemies of the<br />
Yang di-Pertuan Agong or otherwise wages war against the<br />
Government of any power in alliance or at peace with the Yang<br />
di-Pertuan Agong, or attempts to wage such war, or abets the<br />
waging of such war, shall be punished with imprisonment for life,<br />
to which fine may be added; or with imprisonment for a term<br />
which may extend to twenty years, to which fine may be added,<br />
or with fine.<br />
Harbouring or attempting to harbour any person in Malaysia<br />
or person residing in a foreign State at war or in hostility<br />
against the Yang di-Pertuan Agong<br />
125A. Whoever by any act, harbours or attempts to harbour,<br />
either in Malaysia or in the territories of any power at war with,<br />
or otherwise in actual hostility against, the Yang di-Pertuan Agong,<br />
or elsewhere, the enemies of the Yang di-Pertuan Agong, shall be
