ARTICULO 1º.- Apruèbase el Acuerdo Transaccional, firmado entre el señor Inten<strong>de</strong>nte<br />
Municipal, Contador Benigno Antonio Rins y la señora Rogelia Nolberta Muñoz,<br />
el que como Anexo I forma parte integrante <strong>de</strong> la presente.<br />
ARTICULO 2º.- Los gastos que <strong>de</strong>man<strong>de</strong> el cumplimiento <strong>de</strong> lo dispuesto en la presente<br />
Or<strong>de</strong>nanza se imputaràn a la Partida Presupuestaria Ayudas Sociales a Personas:<br />
Inciso 5, Partida Principal 1, Partida Parcial 2, Item 1, Area 2, Programa 299,<br />
Proyecto 99 <strong>de</strong>l Presupuesto <strong>de</strong> Gastos vigente.<br />
ARTICULO 3º.- Comuníquese, publíquese, regístrese y archívese.<br />
