ergonomic head set<br />

The head set is ergonomically shaped to give comfortable fit. Use the 3 Velcro<br />

adjustments to fit it perfectly to your head.<br />

Attach the headlamp in the head set by simply sliding the headlamp foot into the<br />

snap-in socket.<br />

To remove, press the push button on the socket and move the headlamp up and out.<br />

Bike handle bar attachment<br />

Included in Alpha 6, optional accessory for Alpha 4 and 2.<br />

The bike handle bar attachment is developed for use on bike handlebars with a dimension<br />

between 25 and 32 mm. Included with the bike handle bar attachment are<br />

3 rubber inserts. Use these to ensure the correct fitting for your bike and tighten the<br />

bottom screw to secure it on to the handle bar.<br />

Attach the headlamp in the bike handle bar attachment by simply sliding the headlamp foot into the snap-in<br />

socket.<br />

To remove, press the push button on the socket and move the headlamp up and out.<br />

Helmet attachment<br />

Included in Alpha 6, optional accessory for Alpha 4 and 2.<br />

The helmet attachment comes with pre mounted adhesive on the back for easy<br />

mounting on any helmet. The adhesive is a Polyethylene foam tape developed to not<br />

damage or cause any type of weakness to plastics.<br />

To mount the helmet attachment, remove the protective film covering the adhesive. Make sure the surface<br />

of the helmet is clean and dry. Press the bracket onto its correct position.<br />

If you do not want to use the adhesive on your helmet the attachment is prepared for mounting with 2<br />

straps on the sides. (Not included)<br />

Attach the headlamp in the helmet attachment by simply sliding the headlamp foot into the snap-in socket.<br />

To remove, press the push button on the socket and move the headlamp up and out.<br />

flexible battery carrying<br />

The Alpha headlamp is designed so that the battery could be carried in multiple<br />

ways; for example in a battery carrier on your back, on the bike frame, in your belt or<br />

backpack etc.<br />

On Alpha 4 and Alpha 2 the battery can also be carried on the back plate of the<br />

ergonomic headset (extension cable not needed).<br />

Use the extension cable located in your carrying case.<br />

Use the unique battery carrying case that allows for multiple attachments.<br />

DurIng use<br />

Battery indication (alpha 6 and alpha 4)<br />

When you connect the battery to the headlamp the current battery status will be shown in the upper left<br />

corner of the headlamp lens. The battery status is divided into 4 different levels:<br />

1. green leD = battery capacity 60 to 100%<br />

2. orange leD = battery capacity 40 to 60%<br />

3. red leD = battery capacity 20 to 40%<br />

4. red leD flashing = battery capacity 0 to 20%<br />

The battery indication will be shown for 5 seconds or until the headlamp is switched on.<br />
