- Col·loquem el pacient en decúbit supí amb el cap penjant sobresortint per l’ extrem<br />
superior del llit.<br />
- Sinó es pot treure el capçal del llit , es posa el pacient oblic , seguint la diagonal del llit,<br />
amb el sobresortint per un lateral.<br />
Indicacions :<br />
Ø Intubació endotraqueal.<br />
Ø Exploracions faríngies.<br />
Ø En certes intervencions quirúrgiques com ara el gotirló ( bocio )<br />
Ø Per rentar el cap en pacients enllitats
