Objectiu: Promoure un turisme sostenible al Parc Natural <strong>de</strong>ls Ports<br />
Àmbit: Biodiversitat i Paisatge<br />
D<strong>es</strong>cripció: La Carta Europea <strong>de</strong>l Turisme Sostenible distingeix els <strong>es</strong>pais protegits que han <strong>de</strong>finit una <strong>es</strong>tratègia<br />
<strong>per</strong> fer compatible el <strong>de</strong>senvolupament turístic amb <strong>la</strong> pr<strong>es</strong>ervació <strong>de</strong>l medi ambient.<br />
A l<strong>es</strong> Terr<strong>es</strong> <strong>de</strong> l'Ebre, el Parc Natural <strong>de</strong>l Delta <strong>de</strong> l'Ebre disposa <strong>de</strong> <strong>la</strong> Carta Europea i amb aqu<strong>es</strong>ta acció <strong>es</strong><br />
proposa impulsar <strong>la</strong> consecució al Parc Natural <strong>de</strong>ls Ports <strong>per</strong> tal <strong>de</strong> potenciar un <strong>de</strong>senvolupament turístic sostenible.<br />
La Carta Europea d'una banda reflexa <strong>la</strong> voluntat <strong>de</strong> l<strong>es</strong> institucions encarrega<strong>de</strong>s <strong>de</strong> <strong>la</strong> g<strong>es</strong>tió <strong>de</strong> l'<strong>es</strong>pai a afavorir el<br />
turisme que compleixi amb els principis <strong>de</strong>l <strong>de</strong>senvolupament sostenible i, d'altra banda, compromet als signants a<br />
portar a <strong>la</strong> pràctica una <strong>es</strong>tratègia <strong>per</strong> afavorir-ho.<br />
Amb això, <strong>per</strong> tal d'impulsar <strong>la</strong> consecució d'aqu<strong>es</strong>ta carta caldrà, en un primer moment, arribar a un acord amb tot<strong>es</strong><br />
l<strong>es</strong> institucions implica<strong>de</strong>s i reflexionar amb l<strong>es</strong> interaccions entre tots els agents que intervenen (ambientals, socials i<br />
econòmics) i <strong>la</strong> r<strong>es</strong>ta <strong>de</strong>l territori.<br />
Posteriorment caldrà crear un òrgan <strong>de</strong> treball i fòrum <strong>per</strong>manent que, amb repr<strong>es</strong>entació <strong>de</strong>ls agents implicats,<br />
<strong>es</strong>tableixi quin<strong>es</strong> accions caldrà dur a terme <strong>per</strong> aconseguir un turisme sostenible a l'<strong>es</strong>pai <strong>per</strong> tal d'e<strong>la</strong>borar un dossier<br />
<strong>de</strong> candidatura <strong>per</strong> tal que <strong>la</strong> Fe<strong>de</strong>ració Europarc l'avaluï.<br />
